Langdon Hills Cricket Club (LHCC) is an historic cricket club playing in South Essex. It was founded in 1900 and for most of that time played at one of two grounds at the top of Crown Hill. Unfortunately, due to vandalism and a massive rise in ground rent by the landlords, Allied Domecq Breweries, the Club now plays most of its matches away.
The Club plays Sunday friendly matches only. The ethos of LHCC is to play competitively within a Corinthian spirit and to enjoy a social drink with the opposition afterwards!
For the 2010 season the Club has been re-invigorated with the instigation of a new Committee and new Club Captain
